The SIUCX (Signaling Unit with Conference Unit) board replaces the SIUCO board in the central system shelves of EC (compact) systems (see also SIUX description).

In addition, it contains a number of dial tone receivers, DTMF receivers, a test generator and a test receiver. The parameters for the different generator and receivers can be loaded during operation.

The announcements can be stored directly on the SIUCX. The SIUCX has the following functions:
