The SLMA2 (Subscriber Line Module Analog) fully provides 24 analog subscriber lines and supports all functions of (on-line) analog telephone sets. The SLMA2 provides upgraded functionality from the SLMA2 board. The SLMA2 is compatible with the SLMA. In additon, with the aid of a SIPAC/SIVAPAC adapter, the SLMA2 can also be used in an LTU shelf without any modifications to existing hardware. However, the system software must be upgraded to V3.5. Any of the 24 lines can be connected to any of the 128 time slots available in the LTUE-shelf.
